We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Administrator. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible to provide clerical support for the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Shipping and Receiving Reporting
    1. Daily Shipping Report
    2. Scan Inbound/Outbound Paperwork to all customers
  • Assist with Returns / PC-Returns / Damages / VODS / RTPs.
  • Assist with Label and Insert Cage daily operations.
  • Print Shippers -Match with packing slips and bring to shipping dock.
  • Manage the samples process in coordination with S&R Material Handler personnel.
  • Correct paperwork errors.
  • File corrected paperwork.
  • Work with all departments on incoming packages review, receipt, and delivery.   
  • Checks in all incoming and outgoing drivers and assigns dock doors.
  • Manages cycle counts and generates cycle count lists.
  • Root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies.
  • Prepare customer inventory reports.
  • Process obsolete/returns/rejects materials directed by the customer.
  • Manages Verification of Destruction process.
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Assists with updates to company policies and procedures.
  • Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system using the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions.
  • Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset.
  • Assists with Training and Orientation, as needed.
  • Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance.
  • Ensures proper PPE’s and Safety procedures are followed.
  • Flexibly to work other shifts, maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar environment.
  • The ability to work independently, without supervision required.
  • Ability to organize priorities and workload required.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $22.00/Hr.
