Overview

Step into a leadership role where you don’t just keep the line running—you drive performance, develop people, and build your future. As a Line Supervisor, you’ll own the pace, quality, and efficiency of production, leading a team of Packagers to consistently deliver on customer expectations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This is more than a production role—it’s a key part of our internal talent pipeline. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, train and mentor new supervisors, and collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and quality standards. Your ability to problem-solve, communicate, and lead from the front will directly impact operational success.

Top performers in this role earn a competitive base wage, have opportunities for overtime, and—most importantly—position themselves for advancement. Many of our Line Supervisors have grown into roles in Quality, Production Administration, Sales Support, and Maintenance.
