The Cleaning and Support Technician is responsible for the cleaning and sanitization of production equipment.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize production contact equipment including but not limited to: hibar, graco, and wilden pumps, filling needles, hoppers, etc.
Disassemble and reassemble production equipment.
Repair all fill equipment when needed and troubleshoot fill problems.
Follow production schedule and prioritize workflow to ensure timely machine changeovers.
Assist with hazardous waste disposal in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensures timely completion of work.
Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper PPE and Safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications
Highschool diploma or GED equivalent, required.
1 or more years of experience in production, warehouse, or related supply chain function, required.
