Overview

Supports the Customer Service Department with administrative tasks, completing order entry and other various other data management duties.

Responsibilities

  • Primary duty will be to enter new purchase orders into various systems.
  • Data entry into the following Praxis systems:
    • Mantis
    • Sugar Suite
    • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Coordinates and helps members of the Customer Service Team completing and prioritizing daily tasks and various assignments.
  • Note taking (scribe) for company/department meetings and audits. Type up minutes for team update.
  • Produce and send out agendas for internal/customer meetings.
  • Ensure the timely receipt of orders and entry into the computer system.
  • Identifies alpha numeric sequences as needed
  • Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures
  • Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset
  • Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance
  • Flexibly works other shifts, shifts maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years data entry, order management. or similar experience required
  • The ability to work independently, without supervision required
  • Ability to organize priorities and workload required
  • Strong focus on details
