Take it to the next level!! Praxis Packaging is looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Professional who is well versed in Supplier Management and Pharmaceutical Packaging Material Procurement to develop and execute the purchasing process to support our business growth.
- Title can vary based on the level of applicant (Manager, Sr. Manager, Director)
- Target pay is $100k-$150k, based on the experience and skill level of the applicant.

Knowledge & Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience with strategic sourcing or procurement experience, specifically with experience with Pharmaceutical Packaging materials.
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Manage the procurement cycle by developing & implementing purchasing fundamental strategies.
- Responsible for sourcing materials to support packaging operations and managing vendor relationships.
- Function as procurement lead role to support the business.
- Understand commodity pricing and negotiations.
- Manage supplier performance and ensure quality and delivery from suppliers
- Convert Finished Goods forecast to component requirements and communicate requirements to each
component supplier. - Manage delivery of orders ensuring compliance with lead times.
- May be required to travel to the customer, facilitate on-site meetings, daily communication to customer on large projects, etc.
