Praxis Packaging Solutions is an FDA-compliant packaging organization specializing in primary tablet filling of OTC & Rx packaging with industry-best serialization capabilities. 

 

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sr. Account Manager on the Client Services team. This is a senior position that operates as a high-level liaison between internal and external Customer groups, coordinating activities for Sales and Account Management to help ensure the Company exceeds customer expectations.  This role may be exclusive to specific customer accounts as deemed by Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Works directly with existing customer base to enhance relationships, pursue new projects and actively monitor and develop new opportunities with the Sales team.
  • Works actively with Account Management team, Operations, and Logistics to ensure completion of customer orders.
  • Works with customers on new programs and coordinates detail to hand-off to Praxis Project Management team.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customer base; including, but not limited to:phone calls, emails, meetings (onsite and at Praxis) and working directly onsite customer premises.
  • Direct customer contact (arranges lunches/outings, meetings).
  • Travels on-site to customer location, may work at customer locations up to 25% of the time.
  • Manages in coordination of customer tours, visits, audits and line trials with appropriate departments.
  • Assists in policy development to enhance service levels, facilitate customer communication and feedback, and streamline business processes to eliminate waste and potential error.
  • Work actively with Sales to monitor industry trends and innovations, as well as new market opportunities for the Company.
  • Presents corporate marketing material or project overview to small or medium sized groups.
  • Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset.
  • Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance.
  • Flexibly works other shifts, shifts maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination required.
  • 5+ years Customer Service, Account Mgmt. or similar experience required.
  • Experience leading large projects or teams preferred.
  • The ability to work independently, without supervision required.
  • Ability to organize priorities and workload required.

Pay Range

USD $65,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
