2nd Shift Work Order Compliance Specialist – Night Owls Welcome!
📍 Location: Onsite at Praxis Packaging – Grand Rapids, MI
🕓 Schedule: 2nd Shift | Full-Time | 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review final batch record paperwork to ensure FDA compliance (21CFR Part 211)

• Collaborate across departments (Production, Customer Service, Account Managers) to make sure documentation is clean, complete, and customer-ready

• Confirm yield requirements and material accountability match expectations

• Handle discrepancies quickly and professionally

• Create Certificates of Compliance and release batches once all checks are complete

• Respond to customer questions and requests for documentation

• Upload and share completed records via secure portals or email

• Support sample documentation and shipment prep

• Maintain accuracy in ERP systems and help us continuously improve

What You Bring to the Table

✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ 1–3 years of quality, compliance, or documentation experience
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills
✅ Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
✅ Familiar with MS Office; ERP experience is a bonus
✅ Clear and confident communication skills
