Director of Production / Manufacturing

To help us be prepared for expansion, we need an experienced Director of Production to assist our Unette facility in Randolph, NJ. This role will direct and manage all day-to-day and strategic activities on our shop floor, including Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance, as well as projects related to Process & Equipment Engineering. This a key leadership role that will report to the Sr. Vice President and help to drive efficiency at Unette to the next level! This role will have 3-5 Direct Reports and will lead a total team of about 100 employees across 2 shifts.

• Target pay is $130k-$160k annually, plus bonus.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience leading and developing teams in a regulatory (FDA, cGMP) manufacturing environment is required and is the essence of the role.
• Bachelor’s degree is required. A technical degree in Engineering or related is preferred.
• An ideal candidate would also have experience in the following:
  • Contract Manufacturing
  • Health & Beauty Packaging or Pharmaceutical Packaging
  • Liquid Fill equipment
• Spanish language skills would be beneficial.
• No relocation will be provided to candidates for this role.
