You don’t just manage accounts — you own them, ensuring every detail is handled with precision, passion, and a little bit of magic.
Experience: 3 years in Customer Service, Account Management, or a similar role.
Education: High school diploma required; an Associate’s Degree is a plus!
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a bonus.
Go-Getter Attitude: You take initiative, work independently, and always stay one step ahead.
Communication Rockstar: Strong English skills—because words matter, and you use them well!
