Overview

The FP&A position performs and oversees a diverse list of duties to support the information gathering, analysis and reporting of the CFO and Finance Department.  The role will require interaction with all functional areas of the organization as well as a deep understanding of all organizational data.

Responsibilities

  • Mine appropriate data points for analysis and representation to multiple audiences.
  • Working with the CFO and IT to establish and institute a roadmap for the creation of a corporate data warehouse.
  • Integrate the analysis systems that will be used to interact with the data warehouse to provide meaningful information to management and other stakeholders.
  • Work with the CFO and Controller to create monthly and quarterly financial reports and analysis for the Board and Private Equity sponsors.
  • Maintain ongoing monthly analysis of revenue and production for leadership use.
  • Provide support to our Lean Six Sigma team during the analysis phase of efficiency projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related technical/business-related field, required or equivalent combination
  • 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products required (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Database experience required
  • Creative mindset with the ability to self-manage workloads to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) related software, preferred
  • Ability to present information to small or medium-sized groups in a way that meets them where they are.
  • Ability to speak and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, and customers:  to include reading and writing skills to understand and complete necessary customer and financial paperwork, required

Pay Range

USD $88,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
