This position works closely with the Account Managers, QA and Production Team to ensure that cGMP’s, SOP’s, and work instructions are being followed.  

Responsibilities

  • Data entry into the following Praxis systems:
    • Mantis
    • Sugar Suite
    • QuickBooks
  • Coordinates and helps assist Account Managers with prioritizing daily task.
  • Processes batch records (job totes).
  • Verifies and 2nd checks batch records (job totes).  
  • Assist Account Managers with creating and printing stencils.
  • Cross trains on basic accounts with Account Managers and is able to help serve as back up on general account functions.
  • Note taking (scribe) for company/department meetings and audits. Type up minutes for team update.
  • Produce and send out agendas for internal/customer meetings.
  • Assist and be present for all new project set-ups.
  • Ensure the timely receipt of orders and entry into the computer system.
  • Assist other Account Managers and cross train on all accounts.
  • Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures
  • Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions.
  • Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset.
  • Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance.
  • Ensures proper PPE’s and Safety procedures are followed.
  • Flexibly works other shifts, shifts maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed.
  • Identifies alpha numeric sequences as needed.
  • Prints and Sign employee’s own name as needed.
  • Local travel and out of state travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years Customer Service or Account Mgmt. or similar experience required.
  • The ability to work independently, without supervision required.
  • Ability to organize priorities and workload required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) related software, preferred.
  • Ability to speak, read and write English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, and customers:  to include reading and writing skills to understand and complete necessary customer paperwork, required.
