Responsibilities

 

  • Support the Serialization program on technical matters. Work with all supervision and employees to ensure that cGMPs and Praxis’ SOPs, policies and work instructions are being followed. Maintain policies and quality standards on the production floor and in the warehous
  • Administers day-day serialization requirements.
  • Administers and performs functions on the Systech Guardian system.
  • Administers and performs functions the Systech Advisor system.
  • Administers and performs functions the Systech Unitrace system.
  • Administers and performs functions TraceLink system.
  • Review customer specs and align with existing Serialization systems and configurations.
  • Administers validation protocols.
  • Administers and performs functions of the Bar Tender to Builder interface.
  • Administers and performs functions with Interface between Systech and Multi-feeder (HTSE).
  • Manages vendors that support serialization systems.
  • Adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provides assistance and answers questions with a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of technical support, preferred with Systech systems.
  • Understanding of Pharma Serialization
  • Familiarity with formal Change Management and Incident Management Processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PC’s Laptops, printers, and peripheral hardware device
  • Basic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude required
  • The ability to work independently, without supervision required
  • Ability to organize priorities and workload required
  • Working knowledge of MES related software, preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written English instruction and specifications, required
  • Basic comprehension of the English language:  reading and writing skills to understand and complete necessary paperwork, required

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
